Note To You:
When we were young, we were told what to do.
By parents.
By teachers.
By the world around us.
It all came with instructions:
Go to school.
Get a job.
Find a partner.
Settle down.
Keep going.
And we did.
I got married very young—far too young.
I was still a baby, really.
I remember standing at the altar, looking out at the room,
and I heard it—clear as day:
“Turn around and run. Just run.”
But I didn’t know how to trust that voice yet.
So I said “I do.”
And for a while, that was the direction of my life.
Years later, I woke up one morning and heard something else:
“This isn’t working.”
Just a whisper.
But this time, I listened.
That’s what Reset often looks like.
It doesn’t always come with a crash or a grand plan.
Sometimes it’s just the tiniest voice inside, asking you to pay attention.
And when you do—when you pause long enough to hear it—
you start to make space.
To breathe again.
To let go of what’s not yours anymore.
To begin again, on your own terms.
Sometimes we just need someone to sit beside us while we sort through it all.
This is the work I do—with women who are ready to pause, listen, and begin again with clarity.
If you’re standing at your own turning point, I’d be honored to walk with you for a while.
