Dear You,
This morning, after my swim, I sat under a tree in a quiet park—just listening.
I was asking for guidance, but what came through wasn’t loud. It was soft and steady.
“Your stability—your strength—comes from within.”
Not from a house. Not from a postcode. Not from anything you can touch or hold.
True footing begins in the soul. It’s anchored in something deeper than circumstance.
We all have roots. Invisible, yes. But real.
And the more we remember that stability isn’t something we find, but something we return to—the more grounded we become, no matter where we are.
It’s all within you.
Still here,
Carolyn
