Do the thoughts of lack bring on more lack?
You know
Lack of time
Lack of energy
And the BIGGIE
Lack of money.
I think so. Let me explain...Stick with me.
Let’s explore lack.
Let's say you have just consumed a huge holiday meal, be it Christmas, Thanksgiving or the feast from a birthday bash.
Your stomach is heavy. You can hardly move, you wish you had worn looser pants.
After the meal you know you should get your body into gear and head out for a walk… walk to get your mojo back and digest the food in your tummy.
You flight within yourself
I should go for a walk
I should go for a walk
I should go for a walk.
BUT
The “shoulds” lose momentum. You just don’t have the energy. You head over to the couch, feet up. DONE.
Of course you know the next scenario.
I should have
I should have
Yes, I should have but now I don’t have the time
So the lack of energy leads to a lack of time.
I gotta do this
I gotta do that
But, I have no time. A false sense of relief takes over your thoughts [ of lack ]
Repeat, repeat, repeat.
And then there is
There is SO MUCH to say about the lack of money. SO MUCH.
And
So I will leave my thoughts on this one for another day.
I don’t have the energy to put my thoughts on paper
And the time… you know how that goes…
