Living More, Together
Pausing long enough to feel alive again.
All week I’ve been peeling back the layers of what society has told us is “normal.”
Push. Pull. Move faster.
Do more. Prove more.
Keep everything afloat.
But who decided this is what life is supposed to be?
Just existing.
Holding it all together.
Balancing the endless balls.
Keeping up with the Joneses.
This past weekend, I hosted a Tea Party in Belfast.
A small circle of women gathered — not just to be with each other, but to return to themselves.
We experienced connection without the noise.
Conversation without the masks.
Moments where we could pause and remember who we really are.
And that’s where it all begins.
Not with doing.
Not with striving.
But with a breath
Just being.
Just pausing.
Because from that place, life shifts.
Existing turns into living.
And in the company of kindred souls, we find the courage to stay.
Still here,
Carolyn
