From Wales to England

It all started this way

Yesterday I drove from Wales to England to visit with my nephew. It was only an hour and a bit of a drive and or some, on this side of the Atlantic Ocean that is not a biggie. But for me.. I DROVE. in my car, from WALES to ENGLAND!

This was my dream, my vision, come true. I visualized this so many times- spending time with my family. Yesterday my imagination came true.

And

It all involved a Change that I knew I wanted, no I needed  to make. 

Change is a funny thing. It can be scary. It can be humiliating of a sort. It certainly, I have found, can be challenging. 

But Change can be achieved. It is a matter of making a decision, planning it all out and moving forward.

Oh and did I mention, sprinkling in a bit of patience.

Because of my experience[s] I have studied Change. What makes us want to Change, what prevents us from making Change. I have spoken and interviewed countless people about this subject.
