A short reflection I filmed in the middle of this moment
Life has a way of asking us to move before we feel ready.
I’ve found myself here again—suitcases out, the beginning of another chapter. And while the setting may change, the feeling is familiar.
When I left the U.S. with just these two suitcases and a dog named Miss Evie, I didn’t have a big plan.
I had a pull. A knowing. A quiet voice saying:
It’s time to try something different.
Fear came along for the ride.
It always does at first.
But eventually, curiosity joined me.
And that’s when I started asking new questions:
🌿 What is this change trying to teach me?
🌿 What might I discover by saying yes to it?
🌿 What am I becoming through all of this?
These are the questions I carry now—lighter than fear, but no less powerful.
In today’s video [insert video here], I speak more about the mindset shift that helps me face uncertainty not with resistance, but with openness.
If you're in a season of change right now, I hope this post reminds you that you don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to stay curious.
P.S.
If this message speaks to you, feel free to share it with someone navigating a transition.
And if you’ve ever had to unpack fear and repack possibility—I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
