Change comes in all shapes and sizes. Case in point Miss Evie’s nose dive from the bed…. where she ripped the tendons in her left “hand” and consequently had a metal rod inserted in her “arm”.
Of course that did not episode did not happen in Wales. Noooo. We had to travel into England to a specialist orthopedic training hospital for small dogs. When Miss Evietakes me on an adventure, she goes first class!
Obviously, this Change was not planned, it certainly was not in my diary!!
But
I have learned over the years, heck the decades, to “go with the flow”, take the punches and ALWAYS see the silver lining. I live my life using the “glass half full” strategy.
So
Here is how Miss Evie and I will move forward on our adventure.
After the local vet removes the stitches Miss Evie and I are heading to Northern Ireland where my right hand girl, Miss Evie will recuperate. I have spent many years in Ulster and know it very well. Again it is like going home.
So
Another CHANGE.
Another alteration in my plans.
One thing always remains the same. Attitude.
Ready Miss Evie…. here we go….
